How subscriptions work

Some of our products can be bought as a subscription. At checkout you choose how often you want it delivered. We then charge your saved payment method and send you the product each time, until you cancel.

The price you pay, including any subscription discount, is shown at checkout. If the price ever goes up, we will email you before the next charge at the new price.

Cancel, pause or skip at any time

You can cancel, pause or skip a delivery at any time, at no cost. Just email us at support@sienneia.com.

To stop the next charge, please let us know before your next billing date. If you cancel after you have been charged for a delivery, that delivery is still covered by our Refund Policy.

If a payment does not go through

If we cannot charge your payment method, we may try again over the next few days. If it still does not work, we may pause or cancel your subscription and let you know by email.

Changes to your subscription

To change what you get, how often, or where it goes, email us before your next billing date.
