Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Getting your order ready
We get orders ready and send them out within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: arrives 3 to 7 business days after we send it. It costs $5.99 USD, and it is free on orders of $70 USD or more.
- Priority shipping: arrives 2 to 3 business days after we send it. You will see the price at checkout.
These times are our best guess. Weather, holidays and the delivery company can sometimes make an order late.
Tracking your order
When your order leaves, we email you a tracking link. A large order may come in more than one box, each with its own tracking link.
Your address
Please check your address before you order. If it is wrong, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will try to fix it before the order leaves. We cannot be responsible for an order sent to the address you gave us.
Late or lost orders
If your order has not arrived 30 days after we sent it, or the tracking has not moved for 10 days, email us. We will send it again or refund you.
